There are some
events throughout your life that shape the rest of your life
in one way or another. Brittany's tragic death was my
experience. I have never met Brittany, but as soon as I
found out about her accident, I knew I had to do something
to help her family and friends out. I attended the AVID
Banquet @ Rancho Bernardo High School and had a few words
with her mother, Star, and also attended the Tree Planting.
A friend sent me this video and although it was originally created in the eyes of a child after her father died in the 9-11 attacks, it can also relate to Brittany's death. The little girl in the video reminds me of Baylee and Giavanna and what is going on inside their minds now. It shows their pain for the lost but also memories they used to share. This is a very difficult time for everyone, but especially for these 2 little girls. After watching this video, tears may have filled your eyes, but just know that Brittany will always be around. I hope you all find comfort in this video.
