Baby Girl,
It's Daddy,
Sweetheart, Pumpkin Pie...
There are so many nick names I had for you since you were just a
baby until even up till now. I call you and say... "What's up
pumpkin Pie" You replied" "Nothing Daddy WHY" And we would just keep
rhyming until we could think of nothing else to rhyme anymore. You
always won the contest!
Britt, I am honored & BLESSED that GOD gave YOU to me and your
mother. The perfect daughter! You have made me so proud to be your
dad!!!
I will forever remember throwing you the football, you would take
off running and catch the ball over your shoulders. you were a great
receiver as well as passer. You threw perfect passes and even kicked
occasionally. I always called you my SUPERSTAR. " My AWESOME BLOSSOM
" And blossomed you did. I look at your photos and see a BEAUTIFUL
young lady with so much love in your heart. I am proud that so many
others knew you the same. You have touched everyone with your love.
Sweet Dreams doodle bucket.
I LOVE YOU,
Daddy

Dear Brittany's Mom,
I am thinking about you today and praying that somehow you get
through this Mother's Day. I never met you or Brittany but
nonetheless her spirit, your love for her, and the enormity of this
horrible tragedy have transcended any boundaries and I am touched by
it all. It must feel like your soul is bleeding and I hurt for you
and yours. I pray for your continued grace and dignity as you go
before us. You are a beautiful example of strength and hope in this
unpleasant time.
God Bless You and Lift You Up.

Dear Star,
The day we buried Brittany I knew it would be the beginning of your
and our life without Brittany. Your family will have to find and
live with a new "normal". My heart cries for you just thinking about
what you are having to deal with.
There is a man who has submitted a few messages to you in the
guestbook. His name is Wayne and he lost his son. I hope you reach
out to him, Star. He seems to be able to understand what you are
going through and he may be able to help you in a way we all wish we
could.
I, like all the moms who care about you and Brittany, wish we could
make the hurt go away for you. I don't know what to say or do other
than to let you know that I scream inside like I'm sure you do, I
cry like you do when I think of the future without your baby, and
when I do smile, I pray that one day you will smile again.

My Beautiful Brittany,
Today is mother's day and I'm so lost without you. I can't get over
the sadness I have every second of the day. You were such a HUGE
part of my life and I have no idea how to do this without you. I
still pray everyday that this isn't true and somehow you will be
coming back to me. I still wait for you everyday and it kills me
inside knowing that you're not coming home. My life will never be
the same without you.
Baylee is having such a hard time too. She misses her "teacher
Brittany". She can't even look at your picture right now without
breaking down in tears.
I know that you would never want us to hurt this way but we don't
know how to live without you. Please help us Brittany....
I love you now and forever...I will never stop thinking about you...

~ Dear Brittany ~
There are no words that can describe the way I feel inside since
your passing two weeks ago today. I feel so much sorrow and there is
such an empty feeling in my heart that can never be replaced. I am
sure this is a feeling that is shared by all your family and
friends, which you had so many of. You were truly loved by everybody
who ever met you.
You were succcch a BEAUTIFUL young lady, so SWEET and always CARING
and COMPASSIONATE of others. I will never forget your bright smiling
face and bubbly personality that would always lighten up my day. You
have touched the lives of so many people and brought them closer
together.
I know we will be together again someday, but until then I know you
will be looking over and caring for your family and those who loved
you.
I love you and miss you so

I too, have never met Brittany, but from talking to a few of her
friends on-line, I was able to get a sence of what a great and truly
remarkable woman Brittay was. I have learned a lot from her tragic
decision and will forevermore, think twice about what I do. Our time
on Earth is prescious and we must learn to treasure it.
My heart goes out to Brittany's family, friends, especially her
sisters and parents. This must be an incredible time for you but you
all must keep strong. I read from someone's comment that Brittany
would not want you to cry, but she would want you to laugh and
celbrate her life. When I lost my grandma a few years ago, that was
impossible to do. but over time, you realize that although their
lives ended tragically, it is the time they spent on Earth, the
lives they're touched, and hearts they've loved that truly matters.
God Bless you Brittany Star Curcio. Everytime we look up to the sky,
we will know you are up there with God where no hard can come of
you. Rest in Peace.
